Delivery Options:

Small Parcel: For orders or boxes weighing less than 100 lbs, we use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your items directly to your specified address. This option is ideal for small items that can be easily carried by one person.

Curbside: Our curbside delivery option involves your pallet of products being delivered to the end of your destination's driveway. This option is best for larger items that require a pallet to be shipped, but the customer is responsible for moving the products to their desired location after delivery.

First Threshold: Similar to curbside delivery, the first threshold option involves the pallet of products being delivered onto the driveway or into the garage of your destination. However, this option allows for the pallet to be placed just inside the garage or door, making it easier to move your products to their desired location.

White Glove: For a premium delivery experience, we offer white glove service. With this option, your product will be unloaded from the pallet and delivered inside to a room of your choice on the entry-level of your home or job site by the carrier. This option may not be available at all locations, so please speak with one of our representatives to see if this is an option for you.
